We accept Visa and Mastercard at time of booking.
No fees apply when using a credit card and we do not charge a booking fee. This is a saving of up to AUS $12.00 per person.

Please note: Swimming is in a rainforest stream and may be on occasions not be available owing to excessive seasonal rains.

Cancellation Policy (all tours)
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for a full refund. Any cancellations received within 24 hours prior to departure including ‘no shows’ are subject to a 100% cancellation with no refund whatsover.
For Charters, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for a full refund.

Tony’s Tropical Tours will endeavour to re-sell your seats, should we be able to do so, we will waive our cancellation fee.
We strongly recommend that all guests pre purchase travel insurance to cover any loss of personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed departure date.
